After experiencing a disaster firsthand, owner Brando Morgan understood how overwhelming and confusing the restoration process can be. That experience became the driving force behind opening our doors in 2013—a commitment to providing honest guidance, skilled workmanship, and urgent support when families need it most.

Today, Flood & Fire Solutions is built on decades of combined construction, mitigation, and project management experience. Our certified professionals bring technical expertise, consistent communication, and a deep respect for every home and business we serve. Brando has spent his life in construction, home building, and remodeling, giving him a deep understanding of how homes are built—and rebuilt. After experiencing a disaster firsthand, he saw how overwhelming the recovery process can be. That moment inspired him to start Flood & Fire Solutions in 2013 with a mission to help families navigate emergencies with honesty, compassion, and skilled workmanship.

With an MBA and experience in analytics, operations, and property management, he focuses on building systems that support strong customer service and sustainable growth.
