Pack-Out & Inventory Management

If the property isn’t safe for on-site cleaning, we “pack out” your belongings, carefully inventorying, labeling, photographing, and boxing each item. Every piece is documented using digital inventory software so you know exactly where your belongings are and what condition they’re in.

Different items require different treatments. Hard-surface items may be HEPA-vacuumed and hand-cleaned, delicate items can be cleaned with soft-wash tools, textiles are processed with specialized ozone-free deodorization, and electronics are evaluated for safe cleaning. Our goal is to salvage as much as possible while protecting each item properly.

Secure Storage & Pack-Back

Once items are cleaned, they are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse until your home or business is restored. Everything remains organized, labeled, and secure. When you’re ready, we deliver (“pack back”) your contents to the restored space exactly where they belong.

If items can’t be cleaned on-site, we carefully wrap, box, and label them using our digital inventory system.
